Camp Director

Will Piccolino
Will PiccolinoHead High School & Club Volleyball Coach

Coach Will Piccolino is the Head Girls Volleyball Coach at Penn State New Kensington, the Head Boys Coach at Penn Hills High School, and the Head Coach for the A-10 Girls 18 Grey club team.

Coach Piccolino is a specialist in program growth and player advancement, consistently increasing participation numbers at the high school level and mentoring several athletes who transitioned to successful NCAA Division III careers. Coach Piccolino’s coaching philosophy is rooted in clear communication and data-driven development, integrating advanced analytics and statistics into training at every level. Coach Piccolino believes that athletes retain information more effectively when they understand the “why” behind every drill and technical adjustment, and uses objective evidence to create customized building blocks for both individual and team improvement. His ability to relate to athletes across all skill levels ensures a training environment that is as educational as it is competitive.

Piccolino’s expertise is backed by an exceptional playing career at Carlow University, where he served as a two-time team captain and earned both AMCC Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors. Piccolino graduated as the Carlow all-time leader in kills per set, hitting percentage, and service reception percentage, showcasing a rare versatility on both sides of the ball. His high school tenure at Penn Hills was equally distinguished, featuring a 3rd place WPIAL finish and a 5th place PIAA state ranking.

Coach Piccolino is excited to bring his experience and love of the game to the Revolution Volleyball Camps.

Revolution volleyball camps are unlike any other camps I’ve attended. The coaches really take the time to know the campers and understand their level of ability. Signing up again for next Summer!

Softball Camps Reviews
I really love how Revolution camps really spend the time to emphasize teamwork and sportsmanship in the game. Through a combination of drills, games, and team-building activities, my child not only improved their volleyball skills but also learned important life lessons that will be helpful to them beyond the court.
