OVERVIEW

The Student Activities Center features more than 20,000 square feet of sports and exercise facilities for students, faculty, staff, and the community. We’re excited to host the Revolution Volleyball Camps at Lipscomb University. Join us and improve your volleyball skills this summer!

Camp is open to all ages and ability levels. Each camper will be assessed and grouped with campers of similar age and ability levels. Adjustments to the groups may be made throughout the week to provide campers with opportunities to train with and compete against different players. Drills, games, and scrimmages are designed to help each camper learn, improve, and have fun!

Coach Kylie Harvey is the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach at Valor College Prep.

Coach Harvey has built a state powerhouse, earning recognition as a multi-time Tennessean Coach of the Year and a 30 Under 30 Coach of the Year nominee. Under the leadership of Coach Harvey, Valor secured several consecutive District Championships and back-to-back Tennessee Division I State Championships. Coach Harvey focuses on the holistic development of the athlete, viewing players as people first and using the court to build confidence, discipline, and leadership. By creating an energetic and high-standard environment, Coach Harvey challenges athletes to find joy in accomplishing hard things and building resilience.

Harvey established an elite playing career at Liberty High School and Missouri State University. A four-year varsity captain and multi-time All-State selection, Harvey was also a finalist for the Gatorade Player of the Year award. 

Coach Harvey is excited to share her experience and love of the game at the Revolution Volleyball Camps.

What to Expect

At Revolution Volleyball Camps you’ll receive individualized volleyball training through a superior curriculum regardless your age or ability level. We want young volleyball players to improve in every aspect of their game; our camps put a focus on individual skill development while incorporating drills and matches to emphasize teamwork.

Features of our volleyball staff include: Low camper-to-coach ratios; Groups based off of age & ability level; Fun, energetic, & experienced staff.

CAMP HIGHLIGHTS & TAKEAWAYS

Each camper will:

  • Develop their technical skills & tactical knowledge
  • Participate in camp games with a chance to win prizes
  • Compete amongst their peers in small games & camp matches
  • Be given the opportunity to work with college &/or high school coaches & college players all week long

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Day Campers: Check in at 8:45AM-9AM Monday (9AM every other day). Campers should be picked up at 3PM each day. (Bring a bagged lunch.)

Half Day Campers (*option for 5-8 year olds): Check in at 8:45AM-9AM Monday (9AM every other day). Campers should be picked up at 12PM each day.

Make sure campers bring all necessary volleyball equipment (knee pads, shoes, etc.), a refillable water bottle, lunch and snack.

What to Bring to Camp

Below is a suggested list of items to bring to camp. We suggest that campers do not bring expensive personal items such as cell phones or laptops. Campers are allowed to bring cell phones to camp to contact their guardians, but they are not allowed on the field during training sessions. Please label every article you bring to camp. All personal items are the responsibility of each camper. Revolution Volleyball and its camp staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items.
