The Rec Gym is located at the Beauchamp Recreation and Wellness Center on the beautiful University of Portland campus. We’re excited to host the Revolution Volleyball Camps at University of Portland. Join us and have fun while improving your volleyball skills!

Camp is open to all ages and ability levels. Each camper will be assessed and grouped with campers of similar age and ability levels. Adjustments to the groups may be made throughout the week to provide campers with opportunities to train with and compete against different players. Drills, games, and scrimmages are designed to help each camper learn, improve, and have fun!

Coach Cristi Bryant is the Varsity Volleyball Coach at Roosevelt High School and President of the North Portland Volleyball Academy.

Bryant has over 16 years of experience coaching all levels of middle school, high school, and club volleyball where she has built, facilitated and led programs designed to instill self-discipline, accountability, focus, hard work and commitment to excellence.  Her teams have brought home multiple first place titles over the years.  Coach Bryant has previously coached for Fusion Volleyball Club and Portland Parks and Recreation.

Bryant is passionate about inspiring, motivating, and helping young people grow and succeed and is excited to share her experience at the Revolution Volleyball Camps. 

Each camper will:

  • Develop their technical skills & tactical knowledge
  • Participate in camp games with a chance to win prizes
  • Compete amongst their peers in small games & camp matches
  • Be given the opportunity to work with college &/or high school coaches & college players all week long
  • Receive a Revolution Volleyball Camp T-Shirt
  • …and most importantly: HAVE FUN!

Volleyball Typical Daily Schedule

7:00AM- Wake Up
7:30AM- Breakfast
8:45AM- Extended Day and Day Campers Arrive
9:00AM- Warm Up/Stretch
9:30AM- Technical Skill Development
11:00AM- Small-Sided Games and Situational Scrimmages
12:00PM- Lunch
1:30PM- Tactical Skill Development
3:00PM- Team-Based Games and Scrimmages
5:00PM- Dinner
6:30PM- Position-Specific Training and Serving or Evening Activity
8:30PM- Extended Day Campers Depart
8:30PM- Dorm Games,Evening Meeting, Social Time for Overnight Campers
10:30PM- Lights out

Below is a suggested list of items to bring to camp. We suggest that campers do not bring expensive personal items such as cell phones or laptops. Campers are allowed to bring cell phones to camp to contact their guardians, but they are not allowed on the field during training sessions. Please label every article you bring to camp. All personal items are the responsibility of each camper. Revolution Volleyball and its camp staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items.

Overnight Campers: Check in at 12PM-1PM Sunday. Campers should be picked up at 4PM Wednesday.

Make sure campers bring all necessary volleyball equipment, a refillable water bottle, & snack.

Overview

At Revolution Volleyball Camps, you’ll receive individualized volleyball training through a superior curriculum regardless your age or ability level.
